SEP 30: UPDATE: 99X BIG DAY OUT CYBERCASTS
Unlike what was previously reported, Everclear's performance at Sunday's
99x Big Day Out
will not be included in the cybercasts.
However, if you're still interested in watching the cybercasts,
they're available at LiveConcerts.com
and a special broadband cybercast at 99x's BDO Webcast Page.
SEP 21: EVERCLEAR IN LAUNCH
A number of people have asked about how to buy the recent
Launch CD-ROM that featured Everclear.
If you weren't able to find it at your local magazine shop, it's
now available as a back issue for US$6.95 from
Launch's Website.
If you order from Launch.com, make sure to select issue 41.
SEP 21: VH-1 BEHIND THE MUSIC
Everclear is currently on the schedule to be profiled for
VH-1's Behind the Music.
According to VH-1's press release, the episode is tentatively
scheduled to premiere on November 26th at 11:00am.
SEP 12: CD101DERFEST CANCELLED
Yesterday, supporting radio station CD101
pulled the plug on their CD101derfest concert, originally scheduled
for Sunday, September 17th in Columbus, Ohio.
Also scheduled for the show were Bob Mould, Soul Asylum, Stir,
Harvey Danger, and Vibrospank.
No reason was given with the announcement, but the assumption is
that it was due to poor ticket sales. Refunds are available at the
point of purchase.
SEP 2: LHTS GOES GOLD
This past week, Learning How to Smile was officially certified
Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America.
Gold certification is awarded for sales of 500,000 copies in the United States.

AUG 25: JAMPAC BENEFIT
Everclear will perform at a benefit for the political organization
JAMPAC, who fights for the protection of first amendment rights. (Art
Alexakis is a member of JAMPAC's Advisory Board.)
The all-ages show will take place on Thursday, September 28th at the Eastern Washington
University Pavilion. Also performing will be the Pinehurst Kids, Slowrush, and the Mayfield Four.
Tickets go on sale this Saturday, August 26th at 10am via G&B Select-a-Seat,
TicketsWest.com, and at the EWU Bookstore.
