MAY 15: CIVIC TOUR PRESALE
Tickets to several of the Civic Tour
shows went on sale Tuesday morning via an online presale.
The presale information is available on the Civic Tour website.
But with their website as clunky and annoying as it is, here's the deal.
Head to our Calendar, pick the
show you'd like to buy tickets for, and click on either "TM" or "TC" (depending
on the show). The link will take you to the ticketing page for that show.
If the show you're buying from is on Ticketmaster, the page will
ask for a password. The password is "civictour".
Keep in mind - this only applies to the Honda Civic Tour dates.
The other shows will go on sale as usual. The presale runs through
Thursday evening, after which they'll be available to the general public.
The Salt Lake City and Davis (Sacramento) shows have apparently
not gone on sale yet. We'll add the info to the Calendar as soon
as we hear more.
MAY 15: UK TOUR CANCELLED
While there still hasn't been official confirmation from the band,
the UK Tour has clearly been cancelled.
All of the dates for the tour were removed from their respective
ticketing websites as of Tuesday afternoon.
Refunds should be available at point of purchase.
MAY 13: WIAGWA ON DVD
Everclear's video for "When It All Goes Wrong Again" will be
included on the Special Edition DVD for the movie Anti-Trust,
which is due in stores on Tuesday, May 15th.
The WIAGWA video includes clips from the movie alongside a filmed
performance of the song, and was originally compiled to help promote
the film.
Please note - the WIAGWA video is not included on the VHS
version of the movie.
MAY 11: UK TOUR CANCELLED?
From NME.com:
Everclear has apparently cancelled their upcoming UK and Ireland tour.
Outside rumors claim that Capitol and/or Parlophone (Everclear's UK distributor)
pulled the band's tour support funding, making it financially impossible for the
tour to take place.
We're still waiting for official confirmation from the band, so for
the time being, the UK dates will remain on the Calendar.
