JUL 28: EVERCLEAR ON REVERB

Everclear's appearance on HBO's Reverb will be airing this Friday night, July 31, at 2:45am ET.

JUL 16: ART TO APPEAR ON MANCOW

Art Alexakis will appear on the syndicated Mancow morning show on Monday, July 27th.

Mancow's show airs in six cities:

    101.1 WKQX-FM Chicago, IL
    99.7 WDGE-FM Providence, RI
    107.3 KCCX-FM Kansas City, MO
    103.3 KAZR-FM Des Moines, IA
    96.1 WROX-FM Norfolk, VA
    101.1 WWDC-FM Washington DC

For those of you not in those cities, WROX has a RealAudio feed.


JUL 16: SMFTA CERTIFIED PLATINUM

The RIAA has announced that So Much for the Afterglow has sold one million copies in the US, acheiving platinum status!


JUL 16: "FATHER OF MINE" VIDEO

MTV ran a story yesterday describing the upcoming video for "Father of Mine". The story is available at MTV News Online.

No word yet on when the video might air.


JUL 15: REVERB AIRS ON HBO2

Everclear appeared on this past Sunday's episode of Reverb on HBO2. The show also contained footage of Fastball and Unwritten Law.

For those who missed it, or who don't get HBO2, the episode will air on HBO on July 31.

JUL 14: ART RECORDING SOLO MATERIAL

During the first week of July, Art began recording a few songs for a solo release.

One song being worked on may be used in Ben Stiller's next film, Perpetual Midnight. The song is called "Overwhelming", and may feature loops and an orchestra.

JUL 13: JAPANESE LIVE EP

Sometime in the next few months, a Japanese EP featuring a live in-studio performance, will be released. The show was taped in Toronto on March 13, 1998, and was recently cybercast by Rocktropolis.
