Notes: During the show, someone tossed a lit explosive
onto the stage. It went off, burning a stagehand who had pushed
touring guitarist Steve Birch out of harm's way. Steve (not Art,
as was reported) then yelled at the crowd, smashed his guitar,
and left the stage. Art told the crowd that the show would not
continue if Steve didn't want to return.

the head with a shoe while they were singing him Happy Birthday.
