VARIATIONS The first million CD's released in the United States came with a slipcover featuring the cover above. After the slipcovers were sold out, though, the next batch of the discs were identical to the slipcover versions, but with the picture at left (the front cover of the booklet) serving as the front cover. Later pressings have the regular cover on the front page of the booklet.   DVD AUDIO (DTS Entertainment) Released: November 4 2003 Status: In Print. Includes 6.1 DTS and 2.0 Surround remixes of the album, plus the videos for "Everything to Everyone" and "Father of Mine". FOREIGN VERSIONS Japanese version includes "Speed Racer" and "Southern Girls" as bonus tracks. Australian version includes "Local God" as a bonus track. "Local God" is also available on the Romeo and Juliet Soundtrack.
